Refund policy

 

We really hope that you love your Shakti Shanti activewear, but if for some reason it's not quite right, we are very happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange on full price items (and sale items if returned with the first 28 days). We always offer free returns within the UK on all full price items – please check your delivery summary for details. Overseas orders are returned at customer expense.

Returning your items - please send an email to support@shaktishanti.co.uk and we will forward to you a pre-paid returns label if within the UK.

We’d suggest you send any items back in the packaging they came in – all items must be in a resalable condition when they arrive with us.

Please note any items that are returned without tags or in an unsalable condition such as makeup or deodorant marks unfortunately cannot be refunded - PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ITEMS ON.

It's always helpful to know why you need to return your item so we can continually improve our offering, so please do let us know your thoughts on the returns form.

Refunds will be paid within 7 days of receipt of the returned order; these will be made using the same method of payment as the original order
