STANDARD DELIVERY

Summary of delivery options

 

Our normal delivery charge for standard delivery is £4.

Returns are free within the UK (28 day limit for sale items) -please email support@shaktishanti.co.uk for your pre-paid returns label. Overseas returns are at customer expense.

Next day delivery where available is £6. Orders must be placed by 11.00am Monday to Friday. Orders should arrive the next working day.

We will send an email confirming delivery when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

For deliveries outside the UK customers will be liable for any local taxes due at the time of delivery. All goods are shipped VAT paid within the UK as applicable.

All Northern Island and IOM addresses.

Next day delivery is not available in the above areas.

European rates apply to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Croatia, Poland and Monaco. Rest of World shipping rates apply otherwise.

International deliveries -  Please note we cannot ship yoga mats overseas due to carrier weight restrictions. Returns are always at customer expense.

South Africa - please note as we already have a partner in South Africa we do not ship there from the UK except by prior agreement and orders will be cancelled and refunded.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

We try to keep our website up to date at all times showing available stock. Sometimes items sell out very fast, when this occurs we will let you know - to either offer you an alternative or advise when the item will next be in stock. We will aim to deliver the requested goods as soon as possible and update you as to timescale.
